According to CoinMeta, OneKey indicates that a transaction replacement attack targeting the older version of Ledger Ethereum applications was reproduced in a laboratory environment. Ledger has fixed this vulnerability in its Ethereum application 1.22.2, and no user funds were lost as a result.
