Robot Sharpa Discloses Financing for the First Time: Over 4.5 Billion, Valued at 22 Billion

According to CoinMeta, robotics company Sharpa has publicly disclosed its financing information for the first time, having completed over 4.5 billion yuan in funding in total, with a post-investment valuation of 22 billion yuan. Investors include Alibaba, Meituan, Tencent, JD.com, as well as Sequoia China, Qiming Venture Capital, and Meituan Longzhu. Sharpa was co-founded at the end of 2024 by Li Yifan from Hesai Technology CEO, Xiang Shaoqing, and Chief Scientist Sun Kai. The company focuses on dexterous hands, general-purpose robots, and related AI models. It is currently focused on real commercial scenarios and plans to enter the home market by 2028.
