The enterprise value is about 1.01 times its MNAV, with the base MNAV and diluted MNAV being approximately 0.73 times and 0.74 times respectively. Arthur Hayes indicates that Michael Saylor has options to issue new shares, sell Bitcoins, or cut preferred stock dividends. The dividend yield is 8%, while the dividend rate ranges between 10% and 11.5%.
