The round was led by Summit Partners, with participation from Wells Fargo, Goldman Sachs Alternatives, DocuSign, and others. Its services are utilized by companies such as Coinbase, Circle, Revolut, Robinhood, etc. Socure also announced the acquisition of startup Fravity, aiming to use AI intelligent agents for fraud, risk, and compliance investigations; the specific amount of the acquisition was not disclosed.
