According to CoinMeta, Moonpay will integrate the Solana lending protocol Kamino into its payment wallet Paybox designed for AI. Eligible users can deposit tokens into Kamino through ChatGPT or Claude using natural language commands to earn profits, or borrow USDC by using crypto assets as collateral. This integration does not introduce a new lending product; instead, it replaces the original Kamino user interface with a AI dialogue system. Users can set up each transaction to require Passkey authorization, or they can allow AI to execute transactions autonomously within preset limits. Currently, the Kamino fund amount is approximately $1.3 billion, with about $1 billion in active loans. This feature is not available to users in the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Australia for now.
