According to CoinMeta, on-chain analyst specter pointed out that over the past four weeks, the Polkadot network has experienced a series of address poisoning attacks, resulting in losses of approximately $9.4 million for 15 victims. Two of the victims lost $2.5 million each, while another lost $2 million.
