According to CoinMeta, the fixed-rate lending protocol TermMax has received strategic investment from YZi Labs, with the amount not being disclosed. The protocol was developed by Term Structure Labs and implements fixed-rate lending by dividing debt into three tradable tokens: FT (zero-coupon bonds), XT (interest and option value), and GT (leverage position certificates), with settlement conducted through physical delivery. TermMax has raised over 8 million US dollars in total, with the seed round in 2023 led by Cumberland DRW and participated in by HashKey Capital, Decima Fund, Longling Capital, MZ Web3 Fund, and others. The mainnet is expected to launch in April 2025, and it has already been deployed on 10 EVM compatible chains, operating 60 fixed-rate markets and 40 strategy vaults, with a total locked-up value of tens of millions of US dollars and over 1.5 million registered wallets. The TMX tokens completed their token generation event (TGE) on August 25th and were listed for trading on platforms such as Binance’s Alpha, Kraken, Bitget, MEXC, KuCoin, and others on the first day.
