As production capacity continues to expand, storage, networking, optical communications, power infrastructure, and some cloud service providers will all benefit from it. However, the market increasingly needs to see returns on investments in artificial intelligence. Storage remains one of the most clear beneficiaries, and NVIDIA's profit margin guidance confirms that supply is still tight. After NVIDIA's earnings were announced, Asian storage chip stocks generally rose. Nevertheless, Chanana added that the next phase of the storage chip market will depend more on AI demand and whether the storage capacity carried by each accelerator can absorb the increasing supply, rather than simply relying on supply shortages to drive up prices.
