According to CoinMeta, MINIMAX announced revisions to the annual caps on ongoing related-party transactions under its cloud computing service agreement with Alibaba. Under the main API service agreement, the company agreed to provide services to businesses operated by Alibaba Group, with the term ranging from the date of listing until December 31, 2028. Additionally, the company agreed to purchase certain cloud products and services from Alibaba Cloud Computing Co., Ltd., also for the period from the date of listing until December 31, 2028. On August 26 (after trading hours), the company entered into a supplementary agreement to the main API service agreement and a supplementary agreement to the cloud computing service agreement with Alibaba Cloud Computing Co., Ltd., in order to revise the existing annual caps on ongoing related-party transactions for the years 2026, 2027, and December 31, 2028, as stipulated in the original agreements.
