According to CoinMeta, Nvidia will release its financial report on Wednesday to test whether its latest Rubin chip can drive the company to achieve explosive growth once again. Some investors question the sustainability of the current AI spending boom. This chip manufacturer is one of the biggest beneficiaries of building AI infrastructure, but its stock price has been under pressure recently due to the company injecting billions of dollars into the AI ecosystem, which has raised concerns about possible distortions in demand and economic signals in what are known as circular transactions. Analysts expect Nvidia's revenue in the second quarter to nearly double to $92.18 billion, representing the fastest growth in seven quarters, mainly due to a doubling of sales in data centers. Investors are increasingly concerned with how Nvidia can quickly transition customers from Blackwell chips to the next generation of Vera Rubin processors, with shipments expected to begin in the fall. Big tech companies will spend over $730 billion on data centers, and Nvidia has recently helped clients arrange $500 billion in financing from six major U.S. financial institutions. Nvidia has also agreed to provide a guarantee of up to $105 billion for OpenAI to lease a large data center in Ohio, which is one of its largest AI financing commitments.
