Visa and Nium Collaborate on Stablecoin Settlement Pilot

According to CoinMeta, Visa announced its joining of Bloom Initiative in Singapore and chose Nium for a pilot test of stablecoin settlement. The pilot will test a seven-day settlement process using regulated stablecoins backed by the US dollar and euro, with the aim of applying them in cross-border payment processes. This project is led by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, and Visa stated that they will actively participate in the testing.
