Binance’s SAFU Fund holds 15,000 BTC, with a book profit of approximately $215 million

According to CoinMeta and monitoring by on-chain analyst AI, as well as public information from Binance, Binance's SAFU fund completed its BTC allocation in February of this year. It currently holds 15,000 units of BTC. Assuming a total investment of about $1 billion, the average cost is approximately $66,667 per unit. Based on the current price of BTC at around $81,000, the value of this position is about $1.215 billion, with a book profit of about $215 million, resulting in a return rate of about 21.5%. Binance's official website shows that as of February 2026, the SAFU wallet reserves amounted to 15,000 units of BTC.
