Hyperliquid Policy Center applies to the US SEC and CFTC for the listing of perpetual equity contracts

According to CoinMeta, the Hyperliquid Policy Center has applied to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) to confirm that equity perpetual contracts can be listed as securities and futures, in order to seek clearer regulation by onshore markets. Previously, the Anthropic Pre - IPO market launched Hyperliquid, with nearly 3 million US dollars in 24-hour trading volume.
