According to CoinMeta, Pakistan has officially launched its virtual assets licensing regime, and existing crypto companies are faced with a strict deadline: they must obtain regulatory approval by September 5th or cease operations. Following the final regulatory notification under the "2026 Virtual Assets Act," the Pakistan Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority ( PVARA ) has opened up the licensing application process.
