According to CoinMeta, Russian President Putin has authorized the government to temporarily take control of key facilities that are considered to be insufficiently protected against Ukrainian drone attacks. A presidential decree announced on Monday stipulates that if such facilities fail to take timely security measures or violate relevant safety requirements for defending against drone attacks, the government may impose temporary management over them. These facilities may include integrated energy facilities, industrial installations, logistics nodes, as well as communication and utility infrastructure. The government will decide when to end the temporary management based on the president's instructions.
