Cleancore sells 463 million DOGE, cashing in approximately $33.4 million for AI infrastructure

According to CoinMeta, as cited by CryptoSlate from a document SEC, Cleancore has sold the vast majority of its 463 million DOGE, cashing in about $33.4 million to fund AI's infrastructure operations, and also raised approximately $100 million through stock issuance. As of August 20th, the company's outstanding shares have increased from around 226 million to 502 million, representing a growth of about 121.9%. In addition, there are still about 524 million potential warrants that could dilute the share count.
