The goal of this fork is to enhance the security of validators and their cross-chain operation capabilities, while also significantly increasing the available block capacity. This upgrade includes three important improvements: BEP-682 enhanced bridging validation, BEP-695 optimized validator governance and rotation, and BEP-675 improved performance, which allows builders to submit executed blocks, thereby reducing the processing time for validators. Node operators need to upgrade to v1.7 before activation and remove the [ ETH ] enablebal settings in config.toml to ensure that nodes can start normally.
