According to CoinMeta, Ansem indicates that if Hyperliquid wishes to conduct business in compliance with US regulations, Kraken or potential partners may be suitable. The parent company of Kraken, Payward, holds licenses for FCM, DCM, and DCO under the regulatory framework of CFTC. Moreover, Hyperliquid has already established the necessary infrastructure through HIP-3, and can serve as an access provider to offer related products.
