According to CoinMeta, a mysterious whale investor sold approximately 7,700 bitcoins recently as the price of Bitcoin approached $80,000, worth around $576 million. Of this amount, another 2,700 bitcoins were sold earlier today, valued at about $211.8 million. This sale occurred during a week in which Bitcoin experienced its strongest increase in years.
