The exchange has hired the law firms of White and Case to assist in formulating the reorganization plan. Despite the new plan, Bitmart still requires retail users to submit cryptocurrency withdrawal requests by August 26, 2026. Bitmart indicates that a possible recovery plan is being developed, but users are still seeking clear answers regarding withdrawals, assets, and the resumption of normal services. The exchange expects to share more updates by September 9, 2026.
