According to CoinMeta, after a significant increase, the price of Bitcoin has been hovering below $78,000. Analysts warn that increased volatility could lead to further price fluctuations. Although some long-term holders sold at a loss, strong demand for Bitcoin is still supporting the market. The price of Bitcoin once reached $77,600 but then slightly fell back, and the current trading price is around $77,178.62. It is noted that these sold tokens were exchanged at a price 20% below cost on average. Despite the selling pressure, strong demand helped to absorb this supply. On August 21st, spot Bitcoin recorded a net inflow of $307 million, continuing a five-day trend of inflows. It is also mentioned that in the past four days, Bitcoin has purchased $1.61 billion in assets. Although the current Bitcoin price is still below $78,000, stable inflows indicate that buyers have not withdrawn. Meanwhile, recent liquidation data suggests that the market still needs to remain cautious.
