According to CoinMeta, and as reported by Israeli media, due to Israel's advancement of the settlement construction plan for the “E1 area” on the West Bank of Jordan, the European Union is preparing to impose a “package of sanctions” on Israel covering commercial, academic, and security areas. Israel’s Channel 13 television station cited two sources in the diplomatic field, stating that the preliminary list of sanctions proposed by the EU includes labeling products imported from Israel, reducing academic cooperation with Israel, and stopping certain security and diplomatic collaborations with Israel.
