It supports internet and information enterprises to focus on typical scenarios throughout the entire chain, including research and development design, production and manufacturing, operation and management, operation and maintenance services, and supply chain management, in order to enhance the supply capacity of digital products and services. Enterprises are encouraged to develop and promote general-purpose tools, services, and solutions for digital transformation that meet the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises and offer high cost-effectiveness. The plan also guides and supports enterprises to take the lead or participate in the construction and application of industrial internet platforms, with the aim of creating globally competitive industrial internet platforms.
