According to CoinMeta, based on American reports on the 20th, Ukraine planned to launch a swarm of drones equipped with artificial intelligence at Moscow airports earlier this year in an attempt to force international airlines to cancel flights to Moscow, thereby putting pressure on Russia's elite class and prompting Russia to sit down at the negotiating table. Two sources revealed that these drones, fitted with a certain guidance system (not specified in the original text), were capable of finding and attacking targets on their own. To bypass Russia's air defense system, the plan involved launching up to 1,000 drones per night at Moscow and surrounding airports. The sources mentioned that Ukrainian President Zelensky expressed concerns about the possibility of drones accidentally hitting civilian airliners and causing casualties. However, due to the urgent desire to gain leverage to restart negotiations, Zelensky allowed the work on this plan to continue for several months. It is reported that Ukraine's former Defense Minister, Mykhailo Fedorov, was the architect of this plan. After Fedorov was dismissed in July, the plan was put on hold. Nevertheless, an official from the Ukrainian President's office denied the existence of such a plan.
