According to CoinMeta, two standards developed by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), led by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, regarding edge-side inference systems and operators for large models have been successfully completed and are about to be officially released. Recently, the plenary session of Study Group 21 of the ITU's Telecommunication Standardization Department will be held in Geneva, Switzerland, from July 6 to 17, 2026. The standards that have been completed this time include "Technical Requirements for Edge-Side Inference Software and Hardware Systems for Large Models" and "Requirements and Evaluation Criteria for Operators for Large Language Models."
