South Korean Shinhan Asset Management signs a Memorandum of Understanding with Solana Foundation

According to CoinMeta, South Korean asset management firm Shinhan Asset Management, which manages assets worth over $100 billion, has signed memorandums of understanding with Solana Foundation, Etherfuse, and Orca. The firm plans to test the issuance and distribution of tokenized funds denominated in Korean won on Solana, with a structure similar to that of BUIDL which is based on BlackRock.
