According to CoinMeta, the United States is advancing regulations on tokenization, and Coinbase has already launched non-U.S. tokenized stock services. The CEO of Coinbase, Brian Armstrong, stated on the X platform that the world's first truly global economy is on its way, and it's time to promote tokenization in the United States. The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and its chairman, Paul Atkins, are advancing the Reg Crypto announced this week, as well as the Innovation Exemption which is expected to be announced soon. While these measures are being implemented, the Senate should follow up by passing the Clarity legislation this fall to ensure the long-term stability of U.S. regulations.
