According to CoinMeta, the State Administration for Market Regulation announced six typical cases of infringement of trade secrets today (the 20th). Among them is a case where the Hangzhou Market Regulation Bureau in Zhejiang Province investigated and dealt with Sun for infringing on the trade secrets of an artificial intelligence large model. This case is the first of its kind in the country regarding trade secrets of specialized large artificial intelligence models, breaking through the traditional limitations of industry enforcement. In the past, intellectual property rights protection in this field was mostly limited to confirming rights over source code. This case overcomes the industry's "code obsession," allowing law enforcement to better adapt to the characteristics of the industry, clearly establishing that natural language integration solutions and non-standard operating rules can both constitute trade secrets independently. The investigation of this case explores the path for identifying trade secrets related to non-standard integration technologies in artificial intelligence, filling a gap in domestic enforcement of trade secrets in the artificial intelligence industry.
