According to CoinMeta, the person in charge of HTX responded to community feedback regarding "some addresses receiving malicious transfers from HTX" by stating that the platform has investigated its internal accounts and found no evidence of any official actions related to such transfers. They also denied any recent chain-related operations being associated with HTX. It has been discovered that some users' funds are still frozen on Kraken, with the highest amount involved in a single case being approximately 4.2 million US dollars. Therefore, it is not ruled out that affected users may take spontaneous measures to protect their rights. HTX has established a user group Kraken to collect relevant cases and stated that the platform will only cooperate with law enforcement agencies in freezing the accounts involved and will not actively interfere with the use of users' assets.
