According to CoinMeta, Meta has launched the desktop application of its AI, which is currently in the testing phase. Users can share the window they are using with Meta AI, allowing it to answer questions, provide suggestions, or generate content based on the screen content. In addition, this application also supports global voice dictation and can be used directly within other Mac applications. However, at present, it is not yet capable of acting as a computer proxy to click buttons, operate applications, or control the computer on behalf of the user. Meta is also working on enhancing enterprise and creator functions, while Meta AI can connect to Instagram, Facebook professional accounts, Meta advertisements, and Google Workspace. It can analyze account and advertising data and generate documents, presentations, as well as complete tasks such as weekly reports on a regular basis.
