According to CoinMeta, Goldman Sachs is testing investors' demand for a roughly $1.15 billion amount of junk debt, with the funds to be used to build a data center that will be leased to CoreWeave. The project is located near Richmond, Virginia, USA, and is being developed by Powerhouse Data Centers and Chirisa Technology Parks under American Real Estate Partners. It is expected to enter the market as early as September.
