A White House official, Michael Kratsios, accused Moonshot AI companies of using GB300 chips from Nvidia via facilities in Thailand. As tensions between Washington and Beijing intensify, Moonshot has become one of the Chinese models that have performed prominently recently. Industry observers say that accessing advanced computing power through overseas cloud service providers is a key factor in the enhancement of Chinese models. The United States is discussing legislation to close this loophole, but it still faces obstacles before implementation.
