At the same time, efforts will be made to advance the construction of customs, taxation, and other ministries and commissions, as well as overseas credible data service centers. The plan aims to enhance the capabilities of common platforms, establish systems for data resource access, utilization, management, and security that support the integration of digital and blockchain technologies, build a management system for cloud-chain integration covering operations, maintenance, resources, disaster recovery, and scheduling commands, and create a distributed node management platform to facilitate the cross-cloud and cross-domain deployment of nodes.
