2026-08-19 16:05:50
According to CoinMeta, the General Office of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government has issued the "15th Five-Year Plan for the Construction of 'Digital Shanghai'," which proposes to deepen infrastructure construction, promote the expansion of relevant computing power, strengthen the development of specialized hardware for privacy computing, general-purpose computing equipment, and storage support, and improve the construction of supporting facilities such as network security and testing and verification networks to support the scaling of on-chain services. At the same time, efforts will be made to advance the construction of customs, taxation, and other ministries and commissions, as well as overseas credible data service centers. The plan aims to enhance the capabilities of common platforms, establish systems for data resource access, utilization, management, and security that support the integration of digital and blockchain technologies, build a management system for cloud-chain integration covering operations, maintenance, resources, disaster recovery, and scheduling commands, and create a distributed node management platform to facilitate the cross-cloud and cross-domain deployment of nodes.
