According to CoinMeta, Citibank’s Citi Investor Services has launched a custody solution suite called Custody+. This suite utilizes Single Event Processing ( SEP ) technology to achieve real-time processing of asset services in the United States, reducing the processing time for voluntary corporate actions by up to approximately 92%. According to Business Wire, 96% of voluntary events in the U.S. are completed within two hours, with over 80% of the event volume being processed in real-time. Custody+ encompasses real-time asset services, instant settlement, on-demand foreign exchange, real-time cash and liquidity management, AI-driven tax acceleration, and market intelligence functions, and it provides data to customers through cloud and API.
