Chainalysis sues U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, questioning its award of a $94.6 million contract to TRM Labs

According to CoinMeta, Chainalysis Government Solutions, a subsidiary of Chainalysis, has filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for awarding a $94.6 million contract to TRM Labs, questioning the合理性 and arbitrariness of this procurement decision. Chainalysis submitted a protest to the U.S. Federal Claims Court on July 27th, regarding a one-year contract for the National Security Task Force. TRM Labs got involved in the case on July 28th and defended the contract together with the U.S. government. The court has scheduled an oral debate for September 2nd and has required the government to make a decision by September 10th at the latest.
