Circle Euro Stablecoin EURC Circulation Breaks Through 400 Million Euros

According to CoinMeta, Circle announced that the circulation of its euro-stablecoin EURC has exceeded 400 million euros. This token has been listed on trading platforms such as Bitpanda, Bitstamp, Bybit, Coinbase, Kraken, and has received support from institutions including Mercuryo, Moonpay, Ramp, Transak, Cobo, Copper, Fireblocks, among others. Visa and Mastercard also support its settlement capabilities. EURC is issued by Circle, a French electronic currency institution, complies with the EU's electronic currency token standards stipulated in MiCA, and is regulated by the French Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (AMF). As of January 2026, the total global supply of stablecoins is approximately 30 million US dollars, and the market size of euro-stablecoins is expected to reach 650 million euros by June 2026. EURC continues to maintain a leading position. Compared to the eurozone's 16 trillion euro M2 money supply, euro-stablecoins are still in their early stages.
