According to CoinMeta, and as reported by Bloomberg, the U.S. Department of Justice is conducting an antitrust investigation into Andreessen Horowitz ( a16z ), examining the compliance of its partners in holding director positions at competing companies. This includes Ben Horowitz's role at Databricks and Martin Casado's position at Fivetran. The investigation began with an antitrust review of Fivetran's acquisition of dbt labs, and it is still ongoing at present.
