Hive's Buzz HPC signs a $350 million AI cloud service contract

According to CoinMeta, Buzz HPC, which is under Hive, has signed a 5-year cloud service contract worth $350 million with an investment-grade corporate client. This is expected to generate an additional annual revenue of about $70 million, bringing the total annual revenue of Buzz HPC to approximately $180 million. The project will deploy 2,016 NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra GPU, and is scheduled to go live in British Columbia, Canada, in the fourth quarter of 2026. Hive estimates that the project will cost about $185 million and plans to fund it through existing financing and equipment debt.
