According to CoinMeta, as stated by Wu at the data center, on August 14th, the shutdown price of Bitcoin was approximately $31,992 at an electricity cost of $0.05 per kwh. The current BTC price is around $63,492, which is 1.98 times that amount. There is a significant difference in the shutdown prices among different mining machines; specifically, the S19 Pro + Hyd combination has a shutdown price of about $66,487, which is already higher than the current BTC price. The shutdown prices for S19 XP Hyd, S19 XP + Hyd, and S21 Hyd are approximately $50,292, $45,937, and $38,683, respectively. If mining machine depreciation is taken into account, the break-even point for some older models of mining machines has exceeded $80,000.
