Buffett: Why These Three Stocks Have Become His Favorites
2026-08-15 22:35:51
According to CoinMeta, throughout his investment career, Buffett has always insisted on looking for companies that he never wants to sell. In his 1988 annual letter to shareholders, he mentioned, "Our favorite holding period is forever." Currently, Apple, Coca-Cola, and Google are at the core of his investment philosophy. Apple is Berkshire Hathaway's largest holding, accounting for about 22%. Buffett first purchased Apple stock in 2016, calling it one of the best companies he has ever seen. He has not sold any of his Coca-Cola shares since 1988, which now generate approximately $848 million in dividends each year. Google is Berkshire's latest investment, and under the leadership of Greg Abel (identified with the code CEO), Buffett has gradually become more confident in complex technology platforms.
