Larry Fink: Oil prices could halve, NVIDIA may see an explosion
2026-08-15 22:12:45
According to CoinMeta, Larry Fink indicates that oil prices could halve, which might prompt investors to shift from energy stocks to high-growth tech stocks, especially NVIDIA. NVIDIA currently has a price-earnings ratio of 17 times, despite having a revenue growth rate of 65%, and analysts have given it a buy rating of 51, with a target price about 36% higher than the current level. Although NVIDIA excluded all revenue from Chinese data centers in its guidance for the first quarter of fiscal year 2027, it still expects revenue to reach $78 billion, indicating that demand from non-Chinese markets is dominant. Fink predicts that oil prices could drop to $40 per barrel, which would encourage investors to reallocate their assets. NVIDIA reported revenue of $68.13 billion in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026, a year-on-year increase of 73%.
