According to CoinMeta, and as reported by Reuters, a draft letter from the U.S. State Department warns that countries that join China's competitive early-stage issuance framework for AI may be excluded from the U.S.-led Pax Silica initiative. Such exclusion could prevent these countries from participating in collaborations aimed at ensuring the supply chains of critical AI, semiconductors, and minerals.
