According to CoinMeta, as reported by the Financial Times, regulatory authorities are preparing to lift travel restrictions on the founder of Manus and CEO, Xiao Hong, among others. Xiao Hong plans to return to Singapore. Manus has confirmed that it will resume independent operations and dismantle its $200 million acquisition relationship with Meta. Original shareholders such as Tencent, ZhenFund, and HSG will participate in the repurchase, with Tencent becoming the largest single shareholder of Manus, although its stake will not exceed 50%. Manus will still operate independently in Singapore, and the final plan is subject to approval by regulatory authorities.
