Metaplanet: Revenues in the first half of 2026 reached 4.94 billion yen, BTC holding volume reached 43,000 coins

According to CoinMeta, Metaplanet reported revenue of 4.94 billion yen in the first half of 2026, a year-on-year increase of 134%, and operating profit also increased by 136% to 3.33 billion yen. The company also disclosed that its bitcoin holdings reached 43,000 coins, with a bitcoin yield of 9.6% since the beginning of the year. Despite the strong growth in revenue and profit, net assets decreased by 25.7% compared to the end of the 2025 fiscal year, currently standing at 34.088 billion yen. The stock of Metaplanet closed at 221 yen on August 14, with a high of 227 yen during the day and a low of 216 yen, still far from the 52-week high of 983 yen.
