Kospi rebounds 20% from July lows, Sandisk drives a bull market for AI chips

According to CoinMeta, the Kospi index has rebounded by over 20% from its July lows, returning to the technical bull market zone, mainly driven by Sandisk, Samsung, and SK Hynix. The index has experienced a rapid rebound in less than two weeks, closing on Thursday nearly 22% higher than its July 30th lows. The stock price of Sandisk rose 13.7% on Thursday, reaching $1528.11, and management expects revenue to grow at a mid-to-high single-digit annual rate by the 2030 fiscal year. The continuous demand for AI and memory chips from the market is driving investors back in.
