2026-08-14 16:03:38
According to CoinMeta, as reported by Coinspectator, Clarity Act is becoming ineffective, while SEC has already developed a replacement plan. The Senate will not vote on legislation regarding the structure of the crypto market before September. Meanwhile, SEC is voting to pass a 400-page regulatory framework that implements many of the commitments made by Congress. At this point, regulation may be even more important than legislation.
