According to CoinMeta, Binance announced that it will support the upgrade and hard fork of the Ontology ( ONT ) network on August 20, 2026. Starting from 23:00 ( UTC ) on August 20, 2026, Binance will suspend deposits and withdrawals of tokens on the ONT network to support the network upgrade and hard fork, ensuring a smooth user experience. This network upgrade and hard fork will take place at block height 20,800,000 and is expected to be completed by 00:00 ( UTC ) on August 21, 2026. Please note that transactions of tokens on the ONT network will not be affected. Binance will handle all technical requirements, and deposits and withdrawals will be reopened once the upgraded network is stable.
