According to CoinMeta, REDnote is developing a "guide shopping" feature with the code name "AI". Users will be able to directly converse with AI, who will recommend products through Q&A sessions, display product cards, and provide links to place orders. This project is led by Daoxuan (Pan Boyuan). REDnote has already implemented some of these functions in its e-commerce platform, such as automatically summarizing store reviews. The new "guide shopping" feature will evolve from "helping you view reviews" to "helping you select products and guide you through the ordering process". REDnote previously disclosed that 39 million users engage in explicit product-seeking behaviors each day, totaling 140 million active searches for products. If the "AI" guide shopping feature is officially launched, REDnote will be able to recommend products in these scenarios and guide users to complete transactions.
