According to CoinMeta, SUI has launched the B2B enterprise settlement network Tessera based on Seal MPC and privacy transfer technology. This network supports private settlements for enterprises and meets regulatory audit requirements. The code has now been made open-source. Members must undergo KYC authentication, and the network hides transaction amounts. Only regulatory authorities, tax authorities, and dispute arbitrators are allowed to view information within specified limits. The system supports one-time transfers, regular payments, and dispute resolution.
