Financial reports show that Oracle's total workforce decreased by 21,000 people in fiscal year 2026, with infrastructure investments reaching $55.7 billion, and its cloud infrastructure business grew by 77% year-over-year. Oracle's stock price has fallen by nearly 26% this year.
